Our goal is to use the information you have provided to better understand your needs in order to assist us in improving our waste management services. Of course, we will only do this while maintaining confidentiality of all this information.
Information will only be disclosed to the relevant Degrémont personnel within the SUEZ Environment group involved in the delivery of water and wastewater services and support you have requested.
We will not disclose the personal information we hold about you to third parties outside the SUEZ Environment group unless you have consented to the disclosure, or the disclosure is required or authorised by law. We will not sell, rent or trade the personal information that you provide to us.
With your consent we may also use your information for other purposes such as including you on our marketing mail list. You can provide your additional consent to this use of your information on the attached consent form.
Access to your information
You may request access to the personal information that we hold about you. You may also wish to amend your personal information should you believe that our records contain inaccurate information. Should you wish to access or amend the personal information we hold about you, please ask for our Privacy Officer who can provide you with more detailed information about how to request access to or correction of your personal information.
If you have a complaint about privacy issuesIf you have a complaint about our information handling practices or feel that the privacy of your personal information has been interfered with you may lodge a complaint with our Privacy Officer or directly with the Commonwealth Privacy Commissioner.
