DAVID LAMY

Chief Executive Officer

David Lamy is Chief Executive Officer of SUEZ’s Water & Treatment Solutions business in Australia & New Zealand. David first joined SUEZ in 2000 with Aguas Argentinas in Buenos Aires. He has held senior leadership positions in both the water and waste management sectors across Europe. Most recently, David was Chief Financial Officer of SUEZ in Australia & New Zealand. David holds an MBA from Essec Business School in Paris.

TOM BURNS

General Manager Design & Build, Water & Treatment Solutions

Tom Burns is a civil engineer with 25 years’ experience working with major construction organisations in Australia and the United Kingdom. Tom’s expertise lies in his high level of capability in all key aspects of construction life-cycle including tendering, design management, supplier and subcontractor management, environmental and regulatory compliance, workplace health and safety, commercial administration and control and all aspects of time-related management.
Tom is responsible for managing the delivery of design and build projects in both water and wastewater and in relation to capital works for the R&R business across the Australia and New Zealand region. His team consists of technical professionals with expertise in multiple engineering and process disciplines, and project management professionals experienced in the delivery of design and construction of treatment facilities.

STUART GOWANS

General Manager Business Development, Water & Treatment Solutions

Stuart is responsible for Water and Treatment Solutions business development activity in Australia and New Zealand.
He joined Suez in September 2013 as General Manager Business Development having previously spent three years in the mining services industry as General Manager of Business Development with global responsibility for Ausenco's Program Management division.
Stuart has gained 29 years of experience in the water industry having held a number of roles in Australia and in the UK with Hyder, United Utilities and Suez being responsible for operations management, consulting activities, project delivery and business development whilst covering both the municipal and industrial water sectors.
Stuart has an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

MARK LAUTRE

General Manager, Water Operations (East)

Mark is the General Manager of Water Operations (East) and is responsible for all of SUEZ water operations across VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD TAS & NZ.
With 28 years experience in the water industry, Mark has spent the past 18 years with SUEZ. He has held previous roles as the GM for Water Operations (Australia & New Zealand); Prospect Plant Manager; Technical Services Manager and Cronulla Wastewater Plant Manager.
Mark has served as a Board member for Hutt Valley Water Services, management representative on joint venture board for Watersure and served for more than 5 years as Suez Alliance Leadership Team representative on the Allwater, Aroona and ProAlliance ALT’s.
He has an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate Business & Managment Certificate.

CHRIS YOUNG

General Manager, Water Operations (West)

Chris is the General Manager of Water Operations (West) and is responsible for all of SUEZ's water activities across WA, SA and NT. He has previously held leadership roles within the public and private sector with Lyonnaise des Eaux & Thames Water in the UK and some of Australia’s largest water infrastructure projects with AECOM, KBR, the Queensland Bulkwater Transfer Authority and the Adelaide and Perth Seawater Desalination Plants.

Chris has 18 total years’ experience with SUEZ, 12 years in the UK and 6 in Australia and has 30 years’ experience in the water industry. Chris holds post-graduate qualifications in business & management (MBA), is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Managers.

JON DYSTER

Director - Human Resources

Jon works closely with SUEZ business unit managers in developing a progressive safety culture, increased workforce capability and greater employee engagement. His responsibilities at SITA extend to the leadership and strategic development of both the Human Resources and Safety functional areas.
He has had over 15 years people management and employee relations experience, having worked at some of Australia’s most successful companies including AMCOR, Arnott’s Biscuits and TABCORP.
Jon is a Member of International HR Directors Forum, regularly contributing to discussions on Human Resources matters affecting foreign owned companies operating in Australia. He has a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.

LINDSAY KYLE

General Counsel

Lindsay has worked with SUEZ since July 2010 in the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary.  She leads the legal team in supporting business activities and in managing regulatory and compliance risks.
Prior to joining SUEZ, Lindsay was a partner at Baker & McKenzie law firm where she practised in trade practices and commercial law.  Lindsay has over 15 years experience in legal practice and has advised many of Australia's leading companies in industries ranging from mining and resources to luxury brands. She worked in London as a corporate lawyer before settling in Australia.
Lindsay holds a degree in Law with French, a postgraduate in competition law from Kings College London (top of the year), and a masters in European Law from the University of Brussels. She is a co-author of one of the Australian texts on trade practices laws and an invited speaker at legal conferences. She is a member of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association.

FRANCOIS GOUEZIGOUX

Chief Financial Officer

Francois has 14 years of experience in finance within large corporates; combining execution of complex financial transactions and management of day-to-day financial operations.
Francois joined the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of SUEZ in 2007, after having managed strategic financial projects for large French corporates in France and overseas.
He then joined the Australian Business Unit in 2011 in the position of Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for Finance, Procurement and Information Technology for Water and Treatment solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
Francois holds a Master in Management and Master of Science in Finance from HEC Business School (Paris).

FUSUN OZHAN

Chief Information Officer

Fusun is Chief Information Officer for SUEZ in Australia and New Zealand and leads the Information Technology team. With over 25 years' experience in Information Technology, Fusun supports the business through delivery of IT services and strategic initiatives. Fusun first joined SUEZ in 2014 having previously worked in the Insurance and Banking sectors and managed IT projects and programs for global organisations based in London and the United States. She has also taught project management at the University of New South Wales as part of the Masters of Business Technology program.Fusun holds a degree in Business Administration with majors in Operational Research and IT.
